Yes. Following any artist on Kollekt is completely free. You'll get access to their Direct Line posts, Chat, and push notifications at no cost.
Some artists also offer a paid subscription. Subscribing unlocks extra perks like subscriber-only posts, exclusive chat rooms, the ability to send images and videos in Chat, and a highlighted name with a subscriber badge. Each artist sets their own subscription price.
