What happens when I follow an artist?

When you follow an artist, you’ll get access to their main chatroom, if chat is enabled for their brand. This allows you to comment and react to messages in the community space.

You’ll also be able to react to posts in the artist’s Direct Line channel. This is a read-only space where only the artist can post updates, but your reactions help show your support.

Keep in mind: not all artists have chat enabled, so the chatroom and Direct Line will only appear if available on their brand page.
