How do I access the chat?
To access the Chat, open any artist's page where you're a member. If the artist has Chat enabled, you'll see a Chat tab in the bottom navigation.
Tap it and you're in. You'll find two sections:
Main Chat is the open room where all members can send text messages, react to posts, and reply to each other.
Direct Line is the artist's own channel. Only the artist posts here. You can react to their messages but not reply.
Subscribers get extra Chat perks: a highlighted name, a subscriber badge, and the ability to send images and videos. Some artists also have subscriber-only chat rooms.
